In the last few years a Labor Day photo trip to Block Island has become an end-of-summer tradition for me. One last trip to capture those final fleeting moments of summer. This year's trip had absolutely perfect weather, and we got spend the day exploring a bit around New Harbor before some afternoon drinks on the lawn of the Spring House and golden hour in Old Harbor. It's always bittersweet boarding that last ferry and watching the island fade into the twilight, but there's no better way to cap off summer in the Ocean State.
